At Eros & Aphrodite, we take participant safety, privacy, and wellbeing very seriously. All events, performances, and experiences are designed and executed under professional supervision, ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and ethical standards.
1. Professional Supervision
Every physical or performance-based activity — including dance, archery, fire shows, and body art installations — is conducted by trained professionals. Our team follows strict safety protocols during setup, rehearsals, and live events to ensure all participants are protected.
2. Liability & Insurance Coverage
Eros & Aphrodite maintains civil liability insurance and collaborates exclusively with insured professionals, licensed venues, and certified suppliers. All events are covered under appropriate insurance frameworks for public safety, equipment, and staff operations.
Guests attending our private or destination events are encouraged to maintain personal health and travel insurance. We accept no responsibility for incidents caused by personal negligence or failure to follow on-site safety instructions.
3. Consent & Ethical Participation
All experiences are designed around mutual respect and consent. Our performers, hosts, and participants are expected to behave with integrity, courtesy, and discretion. Harassment, misconduct, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
4. Privacy & Confidentiality
Privacy is a cornerstone of the Eros & Aphrodite experience. We operate with full confidentiality for all private events and client interactions. No footage, photography, or guest data will be shared or published without written consent.
5. Emergency Protocols
All venues and event spaces comply with Greek safety regulations and are equipped with emergency exits, first-aid kits, and professional staff trained in emergency response. In case of unforeseen incidents, our designated event coordinators follow a clear chain of communication to ensure immediate assistance.
6. Participant Agreement
By attending or participating in an Eros & Aphrodite event, guests acknowledge that they have read and agreed to this Participant Safety & Liability Policy. Additional forms or waivers may be requested for specialized activities or private performances.
